Project Green Thumb provides plants, food, and gardening support, encouraging healthier relationship with our minds, bodies, and World. Working with the therapeutic nature of plants to reconnect to a sense of self, better nutrition, and a community of support to build confidence and self-reliance.
With even a small house plant to give a little extra "TLC", individuals begin to understand the interconnectedness of a healthy life.
